Cardio Fitness
Part of my 2010 new-year resolution is to increase my cardiovascular strength and capability to ensure healthy and active lifestyle. There are two measurements that I used for this program: average speed of non-stop 30 minutes treadmill, and four sets of 10 minutes treadmill. The benchmark for both are 6.0 km/h as taken on 8 January 2010.
My target for 30 June 2010 and 31 December 2010 is 12.0 km/h and 14.0 km/h respectively, for both non-stop 30 minutes treadmill and four sets of 10 minutes treadmill.
