Weight Watcher

This is my personal Weight Watcher program, based on my Naked Body Mass (NBM) that I record (almost) every morning right after I wake up. The benchmark is 66.4 kg – my weight as recorded on 8 January 2010. My target for 30 June 2010 is 59.0 kg, and I am targeting a consistent weight at that level until 31 December 2010.

To ensure consistency, I am using FitnessFirst Personal Electronic Scale for this program. Several measurements were taken in the morning before I settled with the average or the most recurring measurement out of the several attempts.
